add new dmda scheduler: dmdasd that consisers priority when deciding on which worker to scheduler (precise algo that considers dynamically detected nr of priorities and that takes the locks) + and example to play with the priorities. TODO: statically detected nr of priorities and iterate on them ( less overhead)

socl: instead of setting LD_PRELOAD with the location of libOpenCL.so, set LD_LIBRARY_PATH with the directory containing libOpenCL.so, this avoid libtool to crash when loading libOpenCL.so (which happens on alaric)

revert part of r15041 to always call the prologue_callback, but not for sched_ctx repushes. BTW, fix the prologue_callback_pop call for tasks with cl==NULL. BTW, fix the codelet_null_callback test
