dmda: remove occurrences of __attribute__((unused)).

StarPU should use STARPU_ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED. Here, we use the well-known "(void)
foo" idiom, since we __know__ that we will not use these parameters. Also,
rename "_policy" to "policy".
