doc/Makefile.am: new rule uninstall-local

    Add rule uninstall-local to delete installed file share/info/dir which is created by install-info

    install-info --info-dir='$INSTALL_DIR/share/info' '$INSTALL_DIR/share/info/starpu.info'

    That rule should be deleted as soon as the bug in automake/install-info is fixed.
