Add the starpu_insert_task wrapper which mimics the interface of the Quark
scheduler from the PLASMA project (see http://icl.cs.utk.edu/plasma/).

This interface is really convenient to quicky adapt some algorithm to StarPU as
it provides an API that looks like asynchronous function calls.

We also provide the starpu_unpack_cl_args function which gives access to the
different arguments that were passed to starpu_insert_task.
